Booking
- Booking can be done through our website at www.ghadeercabs.in, or by calling us at +91 9374732948.
- To confirm the online cab bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking with us any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done by logging in to our website with your registered credentials or by calling us anytime on the 24×7 Customer Care Helpline +91 9374732948.
- In case of vehicle accident/break-down, the company will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking stands cancelled.
- Refunds are subject to Cancellation charges.
- Ghadeer Cabs doesn’t take any guarantees of any kind while you book the cabs, and any material or immaterial loss due to usage of Ghadeer Cabs cabs shall not be subject to any compensation.
- In case of no-show by the customer, or no intimation about change of time/date of booking, the booking advance amount will be fully forfeited.
- In case the customer advance is less than 500 Rs, the company reserves the right to ask for more money to cover losses due to no show/cancellations.
- In case of a no-show by the driver for a scheduled departure, the company will provide an immediate replacement with a similar car and in case we cannot find a replacement, a full refund of the advance amount will be done.
Booking Modifications
- All modification requests should be communicated to us via a phone call to +91 9374732948 and we will revert with a response through email, Call or SMS.
Remaining Payments after Advance or Payment at Trip Completion
- After paying the advance amount, the remaining amount for the trip is always paid to the driver.
- All payments done to the driver will be subject to adjustment against the final bill.
- Please call Ghadeer Cabs at +91 9374732948 for any clarifications on billing or other things before/during/end of the trip.
- In case, the final amount is less than the advance booking deposit (if any), Ghadeer Cabs will refund the excess amount back to the customer after confirming with the driver/operator. This refund is made within 5-7 working days after the completion of the trip.
Refunds
- All refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days, and payments are always done via the original source of payment for booking the cab.
- The refund requests done via Whatsapp and SMS are not taken into consideration.

- Advance not refundable in all booking formats.
Responsibility and Natural Calamities
- Ghadeer Cabs will not be held responsible for any cancellation or delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.
- Ghadeer Cabs reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point. Any modifications/amendments to the booking are not allowed in the event of cancellation of a cab trip.
Vehicle and Fuel Type
- We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle like Petrol, Diesel or CNG. Cab will be provided on the basis of availability.
- If there is a No-Show from your end, i.e., you are not at the pickup location and/or your assigned Driver is unable to get in touch with you on your registered phone number on the scheduled pickup date and time, the Driver shall wait for a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled Booking time and thereafter may treat the Booking as cancelled with no refund.
One-Way Trip Rules
- Exact driver & vehicle details will be shared with you at least 2 hours prior to the journey.
- All drivers are trusted and verified by our team.
- Any complaints related to the driver should be reported to Ghadeer Cabs within 2 days of the journey date.
- Driver shall wait for 60 minutes. Post that, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
- Advance not refundable.
Pricing and Charges
- Toll, parking, state tax, charges are to be paid by the customer.
- Fares include driver allowances & fuel charges only.
- Any entrance/parking fee (if applicable) for all airport pickups and drops is to be paid by the passenger directly to the driver.
- Waiting charges are not applicable up to 30 minutes; however, it is recommended that the passenger should reach the boarding point 10 minutes early to the start time.
- KM counting is garage to garage (max. 10 km add).
- In case of extra kms, please pay directly to the driver.
- Waiting charges would be applicable after the cab reaches the boarding point. The first 30 minutes are free but post that, the charge is ₹2 per minute, and this amount has to be paid to the driver directly.
- In case of partial payment, the balance payment of the trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
- You need to collect the receipts from the driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges or extra km paid directly to the driver during the trip. Ghadeer Cabs is not liable to provide invoices for such amounts.
Pick & Drop / Route
- For one-way booking, pickup would be done only from the scheduled pickup address and one drop is included. Multiple pickups/drops are not allowed.
- Extra pick or drop will be charged extra.
- Pets and animals would not be allowed in the journey.
- The AC will be switched off during inclines and while climbing hilly areas.
- Exceeding KM’s limit than defined at the time of booking will attract charges ₹11/Km sedan, ₹15/km SUV car, ₹18/km SUV premium, which must be paid to the driver directly. You are requested to ensure Zero in Odometer before starting the journey.
- Car shall not be used for local use in the city after completion of one-way duty.
